From Bishop Jemmott’s book Words of Encouragement: Book One

      Leaders are often faced with impossible situations such as limited budgets, not enough capable people, limited space, unexpected problems, and many other things that keep us up at nights. Sometimes God does the same thing to the believer; He gives you a task that seems greater than your skills and resources.

      It’s important to remember that if God gave you the task, He stands with you, and since God is standing with you, you will succeed. So if you are facing an impossible situation or task, and you feel like the size of your resources are inadequate for the task, read the promise God gave through the prophet Zechariah.

“This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says: All this may seem impossible to you now, a small remnant of God’s people. But is it impossible for me? says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.”
Zechariah 8:6 (NLT)

      Now that you know that size is not a problem with God and that He specializes in the impossible, here is what you must do. Take your focus off the task or impossible situation, and focus on God; as you focus on God, He will provide. Your size or limited resources will not keep you from completing your assignment because the God of the impossible is on your side. Be encouraged. Rise and build.
