      As President Reagan said, good leaders motivate people to do great things. King Solomon, who was considered the wisest man of his time, said the following: “A good leader motivates, doesn’t mislead, doesn’t exploit.” Proverbs 16:10 (MSG)

      I don’t know if President Reagan based his quote from the book of Proverbs, but they are basically saying the same thing. The difference between a good and bad leader is this: A good leader motivates you to become great, pushing you to your destiny. They will even push you to become greater and accomplish more than they could ever accomplish. A bad leader misleads and exploits you; keeping you anchored to your current conditions. They do not allow you to soar like the eagle God called you to be.

      Find a good leader and allow him or her to push you into your destiny. Or stay with a bad leader and die, never ever fulfilling your complete potential. The choice is yours!
