God Heard You

From Bishop Jemmott’s Shepherd to Shepherd article entitled “I Heard You”:

Prayer is powerful! Prayer will change events that seem impossible or unchangeable. In the book of Isaiah chapter 38, we have the account of king Hezekiah’s illness. Hezekiah’s death was unquestionable; it was due to happen. The text tells us, Hezekiah became mortally ill. The prophet Isaiah presented himself before the king and told him to set his house in order.”

There are seasons in our life when it seems as if we pray and our prayers are not answered. This was not the case with Hezekiah. After receiving the word from the prophet, the bible tell us that Hezekiah turned his face to the wall and prayed to the Lord. Some life situations will require us to be like the king and turn our face to the wall.

You may be facing a situation or some great challenge that appears unchangeable in this season. You have prayed and asked God to intervene and or change the situation in your favor. Let me speak prophetically into your life:

Go and say to Hezekiah (add your name), ‘Thus says the Lord, the God of your father David, “I have heard your prayer, I have seen your tears; behold, I will add fifteen years to your life.” v.5

God heard you. He saw your tears and now He is about to answer your prayer. He is not only going to answer your prayer, He is going to increase you. Get ready for the increase; increase of your territory, increase of your money, and increase in your health.

Be Blessed
