My wife is the queen of presentation. Her motto is “presentation is everything” and I agree, after all she is my wife and I want peace in my home. When my wife is happy, I experience much peace in my home.

Have you ever received a package that is not too pretty or the person who sent the package did not spend much time or thought on the package before sending it? If you are like me you will probably not open that gift until later or you may put it down and forget that you received a package.

Often God will send us what we need in a package we don’t want! The nation of Israel was looking for a Savior king to deliver them from Roman oppression, but God sent them a Babe born of a virgin. God sent them a Servant, not a king.

Is it possible that the very thing you have been looking for is within your reach and all you have to do is reach out and take it? Presentation is everything, but sometimes God will send us what we need in a package that we don’t want! That Deacon or Elder that is getting on your last nerve may be the key to your next level of blessing. Remember, it is not always the package, but what’s inside the package that is the blessing.
